  Update: A new customer service rep contacted us to followup. He was genuine and offerred to help rectify the situation. We hope this is an indication of improved customer support. Previous Post: Terrible customer service. We bought a new dining set with fabric end chairs. Within a year the chenile fabric began unraveling and "strings" were hanging from the sides. We tried tried customer service and eventually even spoke with the store manager. They refused to even send somone to look at them and claimed it was customer abuse. Awful service; we will NEVER buy from them again.
