  The Staff without supervision are giving Sprint a bad name, unprofessional, lack of problem solving skills, do not work well with other sprint locations, and DO NOT RETURN $ when you adhere to the 14 day return policy! POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

  This is the worst sprint store to go to.the customer service is horrible.no one knows how to answer your questions I feel like the people tht work there are unprofessional and have no idea wat there are doing. I’m not returning here to get a new phone ever again.stay away from this sprint store as far as u can; this store is joke.
